Role Snapshot: Senior SEO/SEM Specialist
As a Senior SEO/SEM Specialist at Project 3, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing search strategies for our clients. We’re looking for a dynamic individual with robust SEO experience, adept at identifying opportunities and effectively communicating technical information to external stakeholders.
- Plan, operate, and execute paid search/PPC campaigns for external clients.
- Optimize campaigns for on-site conversion, bid management, keyword expansion, and ad copy testing.
- Implement strategic improvements to achieve ROI and CPA objectives.
- Leverage Google Analytics and Google Ads for ongoing reporting and performance monitoring.
- Develop and present regular performance reports and ad hoc analyses for both SEO and SEM tactics.
- Conduct keyword research, execute content strategies for SEO success, and advise on website changes.
- Manage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce fresh and relevant content for social channels.
- Maintain consistency of brand voice across all platforms.
- Effectively manage scope creep and set expectations with clients.
- Senior-level experience in paid search, SEM, and a proven track record of improving conversion rates.
- Ability to identify SEO opportunities and convey technical information clearly to external clients.
- Expertise in SEM reporting and using data to tell a compelling story.
- Up-to-date on the ever-changing field of search engine marketing.
- Google AdWords & Google Analytics certified.
- Known expert on benchmarks and industry standards for both SEM and SEO.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing with documented success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in on-page optimizations.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS.
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
