Position Overview: Adobe Solutions Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting multiple global enterprise customers in their journey through implementations, migrations, and project support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Adobe suite and a proven track record of leveraging modern tools within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Adobe implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Provide expert guidance on Adobe migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Support enterprise customers with ongoing project needs, delivering tailored solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy comprehensive customer journey analytics solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and documentation to stakeholders, showcasing project outcomes and strategic insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Adobe tools and technologies, continuously enhancing your expertise and contributing to the knowledge base of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the Adobe suite.
- At least 2 years of experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and modern tools within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present high-quality documentation and presentations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in Adobe tools and technologies.
- Experience working in a consulting environment with global enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and provide strategic direction to stakeholders.
