A customer’s experience with a brand spans many people, processes, and of course technology.  As a MarTech Architect, you’ll need to understand what makes customer interactions better, how we can leverage data in the moment to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. From social traffic to prospects, cross selling to existing customers, this role is all about informing revenue opportunities with data and anticipating what customers trying to accomplish. You will help brands plan and maximize the benefit from their MarTech investments to solve complex customer issues while building long-lasting, profitable relationships.  


  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to conduct assessments of our client’s technical ecosystem focused on identifying capability gaps and analyzing overall performance 
  • Partnering with solution architects and designers to define the technical architecture of Marketing systems (AEM, Adobe Target, CDP, Campaigns Platform, Tag management etc.) 
  • Recommending MarTech solution architectures and best practices that meet client objectives 
  • Leading technical requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, and implementation of marketing & measurement technologies across a variety of projects including new product creation, client advisory, and internal infrastructure investments  
  • Designing and implementing data capture and tag management strategies for clients including ongoing enhancements and optimizations to create a personalized targeted experience and drive business value  
  • Leading audits for our clients. These may consist of web analytics tools, tag management solutions, personalization engines, multi-touch attribution engines, cross-channel marketing measurement tools, online-to-offline measurement, cross-device measurement 
  • Working closely with go-to-market process and technology teams, IT, Marketing, and other GTM stakeholders to integrate MarTech technology and measurement components 
  • Defining strategy, roadmaps, MVP and implementation of MarTech platforms 
  • Working closely with client marketing and IT teams to optimize their ecosystem and enable capabilities across an omni-channel marketing data system 


  • A degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience 
  • Senior level experience in the MarTech space  
  • Senior level IT experience involving Agile methodologies 
  • Senior level experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising, personalization, and data orchestration technologies for MarTech/digital projects 
  • Expertise with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe, Eloqua, Social Media ad managers and other analytics technology
  • Senior Level experience with Customer Data Platforms and MDM such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce C360 and Interaction Studio, Google Marketing Cloud, Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, Oracle CX Unity, Reltio, Redpoint Global, Lytics, Segment, Eloqua, Amperity or ActionIQ 
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies  
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (DevSecOps)  
  • Application Functional Test Automation 
  • Senor level experience in architect role designing and developing complex technology architectures, workflows, best practices and governance guidelines 
  • Senior level experience in Digital Strategy / Digital Transformation at an established management consulting firm, digital agency and/or hands-on industry experience  
  • Experience collecting, integrating, and activating data between multiple systems
