Role Snapshot: MarTech Architect

As a MarTech Architect at Project 3, you’ll be at the forefront of customer-centric innovation, leveraging data to enhance interactions and drive revenue opportunities. From optimizing social traffic to cross-selling to existing customers, you’ll play a key role in transforming MarTech ecosystems for long-lasting and profitable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess client technical ecosystems, identify capability gaps, and analyze overall performance.
  • Define technical architecture for Marketing systems, including AEM, Adobe Target, CDP, Campaigns Platform, Tag Management, etc.
  • Recommend MarTech solution architectures and best practices aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead technical requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, and implementation of marketing technologies across various projects.
  • Design and implement data capture and tag management strategies for clients, enhancing personalized targeted experiences and driving business value.
  • Conduct audits for web analytics tools, tag management solutions, personalization engines, attribution engines, cross-channel marketing measurement tools, online-to-offline measurement, and cross-device measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MarTech technology and measurement components.
  • Define strategy, roadmaps, MVP, and implementation of MarTech platforms.
  • Optimize client ecosystems and enable capabilities across an omni-channel marketing data system.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in an associated field and/or advanced certification with significant experience.
  • Senior-level experience in the MarTech space.
  • Senior-level IT experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in architecture and design of marketing, advertising, personalization, and data orchestration technologies for MarTech/digital projects.
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe, Eloqua, Social Media ad managers, and other analytics technology.
  • Senior-level experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and MDM such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce C360, Google Marketing Cloud, Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, Oracle CX Unity, Reltio, Redpoint Global, Lytics, Segment, Eloqua, Amperity, or ActionIQ.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (DevSecOps) and Application Functional Test Automation.
  • Senior-level experience in architect roles, designing and developing complex technology architectures, workflows, best practices, and governance guidelines.
  • Senior-level experience in Digital Strategy/Digital Transformation.
