Role Snapshot: Project Manager
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between external and internal stakeholders, defining business needs, prioritizing goals, and executing roadmaps confidently. As the primary liaison, your relationship-building and communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring the success of Project 3’s transformative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal project stakeholders.
- Understand client business strategies and align objectives with transformative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to define strategy and deliverables.
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert and liaison between Product Ownership, Project Governance, and the Development/Implementation Team.
- Provide oversight of project status and resources, reporting on and monitoring timelines.
- Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and escalate concerns to ensure efficient delivery.
- Motivate and lead project teams with a focus on collaboration and continuous process improvement.
- Regularly meet with client leadership to report status and deliverables.
- Ensure appropriate resources are in place to support planning, delivery, and project milestones.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a relevant program or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
- 2-3+ years of project management experience.
- Managerial experience guiding technical teams with 3-8 members.
- Experience leading complex, strategic, and operational initiatives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, translating complex requests into understandable action plans.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining project documentation, including measurement plans, charters, scope documents, SOWs, contracts, RFP responses, resource planning, issue & task logs, and status updates.
- Strong digital background with experience in Analytics, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and digital intelligence.
- In-depth, hands-on work experience with large-scale implementations of Microsoft products, SharePoint, and/or Azure.
- Strong knowledge or certification in software delivery: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean, PMI-ACP.
- Experience with work management tools (Confluence/JIRA, Asana, Monday, Clickup, etc.).
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, Slack, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with various technical documentation (process maps, BRDs, system diagrams, user experience flows, application maps, test plans, user stories, etc.).
- Team leadership experience with the ability to earn trust, establish credibility, and drive improvement in an Agile environment.
